If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order. In this case, please email Deeluvley Cosmetics LLC immediately at deeluvleycosmetics@gmail.com since our shipping time is often faster than 3-5 business days. However, once your product has been shipped, items are non-refundable. We DO NOT offer refunds once your order has been shipped. This is to keep the hygienic integrity of the cosmetic products.
